Yoga mat or Large Towel, water & a good attitude!
Don’t forget to eat a good breakfast with an hour to digest (Oatmeal is my favorite)
You have to put gas in the car for it to drive, if you catch my drift.
But seriously, to get the BEST results and the MOST out of your workout you have to eat.
Keep in mind we will be outdoors, bring a hat, sunscreen or gloves for the few days a year it's cold in Southern California.
