Want something sweet without all the calories that are EASY to make? Try these out!


2 ripe bananas (works if their not ripe as well)

1 cup of old fashion oatmeal

That's it!


Mash them up in a bowl with whatever ingredients you choose and there you go.

Cook at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes on a greased cookie sheet.

You can add or take out whatever you like...

1/2 tablespoon cinnamon

1 tablespoon of flaxseed meal

ΒΌ cup chopped up walnuts

A few raisins on top


This makes a perfect on the go pre-workout meal or just a snack during the day.

If you have a sweet tooth, add a few Dark Chocolate or Cacao chips.
