I/2 cup fresh grind Peanut Butter

 

1 cup of quick oats

 

2 tablespoons of flaxseed meal

 

1 tablespoon Almond meal

 

1 teaspoon Chia seeds

 

1/2 green apple cut into small cubes

 

One scoop protein powder (Raw Protein)

 

Mix it up in a big bowl; add a little water until it makes a paste so you can roll them up into bite size balls. Put into a sealed container with parchment paper & Refrigerate.
