After the initial session, you may have it all figured out, which would be great. Some people pick it up right away. But, things may come up that you might struggle with. This is where you will write a “follow up” food journal with your new knowledge. We will go over where you may be having trouble in regards to your schedule or just figuring out what and when to eat. Sometimes just being held accountable weekly will help you stay on track.
