We take a personal training approach to our classes, using the most advanced training techniques. It's a one hour non-stop, heart-pumping cardio workout. We use a variety of equipment such as free weights, resistance bands, rope undulation, Bosu & medicine balls and more. We modify all of the exercises to suit your needs, so if you’re a beginner, trained athlete, weekend warrior or recovering from an injury, we will adjust the workout to make it work for you! It's a fun, challenging workout done in a very safe, family-style atmosphere.
